Public Art

My public art practice is rooted in place, and deeply collaborative. I love to make large scale forms that reveal environmental phenomena, and the beauty and wisdom of natural materials, with attention to craftsmanship, patience, collaboration and joy.

I believe in the power of art and design to explore, honor and restore the natural world and our connections to it and each other. I seek challenges that engage a specific site/community/context/question, allowing each project to act as a vehicle for cultural and material exploration and revelation.
