San Carlos Cultural Center for Nature and Art
This was a collaborative public sculpture project for the San Carlos Cultural Center for Nature and Art in Sonora, Mexico. I developed the design in collaboration with natural builder Adam Perry. We constructed this site-specific public sculpture incorporating local earthbuilding materials and techniques and reflecting the mission of the cultural center.
We also developed bilingual educational materials and taught a workshop on natural building in conjunction with the University of Sonora.
