I am a sculptor.

I am guided by the growth patterns inherent in my materials, the human body in space, and the living systems at work in the landscape. I follow principles of ecological design, regenerative systems, and what the beavers teach me.

I strive to make things that feel good in the hands to hold, good to the body to use, and good to the mind to consider.

I work at different scales – from hand-held work, to furniture, to small structures, to large scale public sculpture.

I design and build custom projects through Samara Woodcraft and Design, LLC.

My museum exhibit design and fabrication portfolio is available upon request.
